FirstColor was founded in Zhuhai, Guangdong in 2008 by a team of printing engineers who believed that industrial-grade inkjet technology should be accessible — not just to large corporations, but to any business that needs reliable, portable marking.

Incoming Material Inspection
Every printhead, ink cartridge, and PCB board is tested on arrival against AQL 1.5 sampling standard before entering the production floor.
In-Line Process Control
Automated vision systems check print resolution (≥600 DPI), ink adhesion, and character consistency at 100% of units during assembly.
Environmental Stress Testing
Finished units undergo drop (IEC 60068-2-31), vibration (IEC 60068-2-6), and temperature cycling tests before packaging.
Pre-Shipment Audit
A final batch sample is printed on your designated substrate (cardboard, glass, PVC, eggshell) and shipped to you for approval before the full order is dispatched.
